Two bar pieces of the mouthpieces are connected by a barrel type hinge in the center. This mouthpiece has a slight amount of break in the center with both bar pieces functioning independently, allowing lift on one side at a time. This mouthpiece also applies tongue pressure and has copper inlaid bars. Medium to strong severity.
