Shipping

I am currently using carrier-calculated shipping. I ship via UPS or USPS. Orders are not shipped on the weekends, so an order placed Friday afternoon may not ship until Monday morning. I do my best to ship as quickly as possible, but if your order is delayed, I will notify you via email.


Occasionally, shipping is not calculated correctly, particularly on heavy or irregularly-sized items.  In this case, I will notify you via email to let you know if I had to change shipping preferences. I try to always ship with your choice.

I correspond primarily by email, so please make sure to add me to your inbox or "safe senders" to receive my messages.

Orders placed after 2pm may not ship until the next business day.


Returns

No products are to be returned without express permission by Gear Up Tack and Apparel.

You have 15 days from the date of your purchase to return your item for credit, refund or exchange.  

To qualify, your item must be:

  • In new, unaltered and unused condition;
  • In the original packaging;
  • Tags still attached;
  •  No signs of wear or damage;
  •  No evidence of perfume, deodorant or makeup. 
  •  Items that don’t meet these requirements will not be refunded or exchanged.

  

 Gift certificates and gift cards are not returnable.  

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please place items in protective shipping wrap or box.  We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipper.

 

Refunds (if qualified)

Once your return is inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if qualified)

I will replace an item if it is defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item, contact me at gearuptackandapparel@gmail.com

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping and any tracking or insurance they elect to purchase.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.     

 Sale items:  Sale items cannot be refunded; sales are final.

 

Please note that in the case of a refund, it typically takes 3-4 business days for your credit card,  or bank to show those funds returned back to your account.

Nothing contained herein should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed without the express written permission of the owner of the Trademark. Your misuse of the Trademarks or any other content is strictly prohibited.

Purchaser accepts all responsibilites of transaction including, but not limited to payment of invoice ammount and any costs incurred towards collection.  This includes both attorney and legal processing fees.

In no way is Gear Up Tack and Apparel liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages of any kind to person or property.  This includes all form of action, damages, and negligence.
