Two bar pieces of the mouth pieces are connected by a barrel type hinge in the center. This mouth piece has a slight amount of break in the center with both bar pieces functioning independently, allowing lift on one side at a time. This mouth piece also applies tongue pressure and has copper inlayed bars. Medium to strong severity.
